A recent addition to the school in respect to any nonbinary gendered students. Since it's a pretty small population of students, there is one dorm for all ages.
The room for fae and fairies. There is usually a pretty separate divide between the fae and fairies, but they play nice with each other and are fine sharing the place. Hybrids typically not welcome, however.
This one is technically still being built, which is one of the reasons some hybrids prefer going to other rooms. Another being to be in less of a mixed group and more with at least part of their own kind. Hybrids have only recently had a growing population at the school, hence why the room didn't exist before a few years prior.
Boasting books in every written language in the world (though some have very miniscule collections), this full-floor library is a surprising favorite among quite a few students.
The school's entrance is located just barely above ground. Although there are windows in the lobby, they're more often than not frozen over. The lobby itself is kept warm and inviting, and has short cuts to both the dorms and teacher's lounge. Students are not banned from going outside, and though it's not really strictly enforced, it's no longer "allowed," either Thanks, Deimos. The school happens to be near some common spots where penguins nest.
The school is reluctant to call it a 'lair,' but a lot of the vampires do. It's a floor for only vampires, for when the students or teachers want to be with their own kind. If they ever need blood, they can come here for blood packs. They tend to shun the werewolf/vampire hybrids, but other vampire-mixed hybrids are typically welcome.
A synthetic field with a baseball diamond and football/soccer field. With exception to certain times of the year, the fields are open to any students who need to at least pretend like they're outside in the sunlight. This is the only place in the Academy where UV Lights are an option for lighting.
For were-creatures to hang out with their own kind. They usually allow vampire/werewolf hybrids in the room, but sometimes they're mean. An ideal place to be on the nights of the full moon. The were-cats and werewolves tend to stay on opposite ends of the room. Other were-hybrids also welcome.
Nothing "weird" happens here, it's just a place where adults can go to get alcoholic drinks or unwind away from students. Drinking age is 18, and this is the lowest floor in the building.
These were heavily in use when Otherworld Academy was first built in order to contain those Supernaturals the school didn't know how to deal with. It hasn't been in use for several years.
