Jungshin was a bit shocked when she laid her head on his shoulder, but not in a bad way. He hummed a response, relaxing his shoulder so it could be more comfortable for her. He tried to think of more to say, but he felt like he was fresh out of topics. The events of the day were catching up to him, reminding him he never did get that nap in earlier in the library. It would've been too loud there at the time anyway, so it was probably kind of good he didn't. Still trying to think of a topic, he felt like his eyelids were getting heavier by the second. Maybe that nap would be in order.

Saoirse noticed that Jungshin seemed to be getting tired, and remembered that he'd told her he'd been trying to (or thinking about) taking a nap earlier but that hadn't happened since they'd escaped the library to go outside. And even though she wasn't that tired, a nap did sound good. Although it would be very uncomfortable if either one of them were to fall asleep sitting in their current positions.
She bit her lip before tugging on his arm muttering, "here." Saoirse rearranged them so that he was laying in the cushions and covers, and she was tucked against his side, her head resting on his chest. "Is...is this okay?"

Jungshin let her move him around with a sleepy smile on his face, getting comfortable himself once she had decided where she wanted him. He felt like he was almost half asleep when she asked him a question, "As long as it's okay with you." He told her simply. It had been a while since he'd been so determined to sleep. He could, but he didn't have to. It was like eating or drinking, he could do it, but it wasn't necessary. He absent-mindedly used the hand closest to her head to mindlessly run his hands through her hair. She smelled nice, he decided, and he liked her. He was happy when she said she wanted to hang out more. He ended up drifting off to sleep without even realizing it, lost in thoughts of finally making a friend.

Saoirse cuddled closer to Jungshin, closing her eyes. He was asleep before she was, but she wasn't far behind.
She was also, she noticed, the first one away just less than an hour later. She sat up slowly, careful not to disturb the hybrid sleeping next to her. After rubbing the sleep out of her eyes was when she noticed that his facade was once again dropped, and she could get a closer, and longer, look at the scars littering his body.
She could feel her heart drop, and her face contorted into a pain expression as she reached out to very gently trace one of the scars she could see poking from his top, wondering just how many he had and how he got them. Was this how he died? Had been tortured?
"What happened to you?" Saoirse breathed.

Jungshin felt something before he could process what it was, but he'd woken up just in time to hear Saoirse's whispered question. He opened his eyes, looking down slightly at where she was tracing. He didn't bother putting up the facade, at least not for the moment, she'd seen it now anyway. He let out a shaky breath, looking away from his scars. He had never actually outright told anyone how he died. Usually he made sure he was the last to fall asleep and the first to wake up if he chose to sleep at all. But the nap had taken over him unexpectedly.
"You remember how I said my parents didn't want a werewolf for a son?" He began softly. That day was still so fresh in his mind. So raw. Two years seemed like nothing suddenly. He closed his eyes, this time they clenched tighter than when he was just sleeping. At least he didn't seem to dream. That would've been a whole new challenge all together. "When they found out I had been bitten, they locked me in the basement." He returned his gaze to the ground. "Changed the knob and deadbolt to silver, so I couldn't get out." He paused. He felt like he was talking too slowly, like everything was in literal slow motion. "I ended up depending on my little sister for consistent food and drinks." He still missed her, he missed her a lot, and he wish he knew if she was at least okay. Knew that she never got any repercussions for helping her big brother. "The first full moon, the only full moon, I experienced, all I know is the floor and walls were bloody, and my nails were ground down, cause I was trying to escape." He made a motion of trying to climb out of something for a second before looking at his hands. "I'm assuming I found mice, but I don't actually know." He continued. "A little while after that, and just after my 18th birthday, my parents caught my sister with me. They were suspicious she had asked for a cake slice and then disappeared with it, which I think in retrospect she realized wasn't smart." His eyes were staring past anything in the room, seeming to be staring right at the memory. He pulled his legs up to his chest, resting his chin on his knees. "They were furious, telling her to go to her room. But they weren't that nice with me. For the first time in my life, they beat me." He bit his lower lip, having to pause for a moment to recollect himself. Even just that still hurt. His parents, who had been so good to him for 17 years, even when he was being rebellious, could turn on him so quickly. "They left, and when they came back, they had a... coffin." It was also the first time he'd finally admitted just what the box was, even to himself. He knew from the start, but didn't want to think his parents would do that him. He wanted to believe they still had a soul. "It was lined with silver. And they locked me in. I think, based off what I saw before leaving as a ghost, I survived for about two days, before exhaustion took over and I just... stopped fighting trying not to get burned."
He had never said the whole story out loud. He didn't know how to feel. A part of him felt lighter, finally someone knew and he had told someone. Another part felt overwhelmed with the memories, and suddenly the broom closet was too small again. He abruptly got up and opened the door, hoping the breeze from the hallway would help lessen that feeling. It seemed no one was currently wandering the hallways, so they were still essentially alone. He touched the scar she had been tracing. "My back and legs have the worst scarring." He told her simply.

Saoirse recoiled her hand when she noticed Jungshin was awake, an apology ready on her tongue when he began to speak. She didn't think he'd heard her question, and wasn't expecting an answer. And part of her, a very small part but a part nonetheless, regretted asking it at all as she watched the pain cross his face from recalling the events.
She could feel the pain gripping her chest, and she rose a hand to it as if to alleviate the pain. That someone would do that to their own son. Her own parents had died when she was just a toddler, and she couldn't imagine her adopted parents ever turning on her and ultimately being the cause of her death.
"Jungshin..." She whispered, her voice breaking. Saoirse reached a hand to her cheek, shocked to feel her fingertips were wet when she pulled her hand away. When had she started crying? Saoirse opened her mouth to speak again but found for once words alluded her, and she just let out a soft sob instead. "I'm so sorry." She finally said, knowing those cliche words probably meant nothing to him. She watched as he walked towards the door, suddenly understand the source of his claustrophobia. "I don't...I didn't..." Saoirse trailed off, the tears flowing freely as her mind drew a blank on what to say.

Jungshin sat back down next to her, curling up again and finally putting up the facade. He pulled her to him, turning his head so he could rest it on hers. "You don't have to say anything, you don't have to apologize." He told her softly. "I'm glad to have finally told someone, honestly." He ran his hand through her hair again, finding the action soothing for himself and hoping it was the same for Saoirse. He bit his lip, not knowing what to say. He shouldn't let her talk to other ghosts though, he had decided, as some of them, some even younger than he was, were abused much longer than him. He did feel lucky he didn't have to suffer for very long, even though the death itself was somewhat slow and painful. He had had a lot of emotions while he was fighting for survival, and they all seemed to come back at the retelling. At admitting, finally, that it was a coffin. That his parents had essentially buried him alive, even though when he left, the box was still in the basement. But he hadn't waited around to see what his parents did with his body. He didn't really want to know.

"I know. I just..." She wiped at her cheeks, unsure why she was crying. She hadn't cried in... Saoirse blinked, frowning. She could vaguely remember a younger her, and being terrified, but the memory was foggy at best. She shook the thought from her mind, leaning further into his hold and sighing. The hand moving through her hair was relaxing, and being in his arms felt nice, nicer than she'd anticipated. "I'm sorry if talking about it opened old wounds. I didn't mean for you to have to think about it." She finally sighed.

Jungshin shook his head, "It's okay." They were wounds I would've had to open at some point, anyway. He thought to himself. "I'm okay." He assured her. He was glad she was okay with all this cuddling, because it was really helping him cope. The fact that his parents killed him, he'd already faced that. He was admittedly still dealing with it mentally and emotionally, but he was dealing just fine. Admitting it was a coffin though... He hadn't done that. Whenever he thought about it, he just called it a box. When he talked to the headmaster about his death, it was a box.
He felt a shiver go up his spine, and it's unfamiliarity made it hard to hide. He let out a sigh, running his hand through his own hair for a moment before returning it to hers.

Saoirse simply nodded, closing her eyes and enjoying the feeling of being in his arms. She hadn't imagined when she went into the library just a bit ago that she'd meet him and get this close to him in such a short amount of time. Close enough that she cried for him. Saoirse didn't cry for herself, so this was completely out of character for her. She found that was was slightly uncomfortable, but she mostly didn't mind.
She looked up at him when she felt him shiver, a tiny frown on her face. Before she could change her mind she stretched up to kiss him on the corner of his mouth, not quite on his cheek but not a kiss on the lips. She pulled away, keeping her eyes on the ground. "Since you paint, do you want to see my sketch book? I'm only good at designing clothes but.." She trailed off, shrugging. The mood at gone darker than was comfortable and she was trying to lighten it some.

Jungshin let her move out of his arms without fighting, a bit surprised she kissed him, but allowing her to change the subject. They could address that on another day. He perked up at her mention of having an art book. "Sure." He said with a smile. "I actually draw too - not fashion, but that's really cool - just..." He looked down for a moment, as if realizing he was supposed to be helping to lighten the mood, not bring it back down. ".. art supplies are rather expensive." He finished with a laugh. It wasn't a lie, it just wasn't the whole truth. "I've been trying to collect all the copic markers, but it's been taking a while. So right now, I only have a couple sketchbooks, some acrylic paint - from Crayola - pencils, and a couple markers." He was a little bitter; he actually had a rather large collection of copic markers, he'd started drawing as a young elementary student and had been collecting them since, they were just back at his parent's house, and he wasn't really keen on going back there. He was hoping to get in touch with his sister, but so far he'd had no luck.

Saoirse opened her bag, pulling her sketch book out. She re-situated herself in front of him, her back pressed against his chest so he could look over her shoulder. She began flipping through the pages slowly in case he had anything to say about them. They weren't very good in her eyes, the first few pages being nothing but dresses, mostly pastel, and then it turned into full outfits. There were a few random sketches strewn between the pages, some of scenery she'd liked and others of random students, but she didn't like those ones as much and flipped past them quicker.
"They aren't very good. I haven't been drawing for very long." She said, leaning her head back against his shoulder.

Jungshin couldn't help but smile as she got resituated, resting his head on her shoulder lightly as he watched her turn the pages. "Hmm... I think you're pretty good." He told her. "I can draw people, still life, and scenery alright, but clothes evade me." He said with a laugh. He pulled back to better look at her. "I can bring my sketchbook over, if you want to see." He offered. It was something like artist rules, wasn't it? If one person shares, the other should too. "It's in the dorm, but it wouldn't take me long to get back here."

Saoirse smiled a bit. "Thanks. I really like drawing clothing. I really should venture into trying new things. I like drawing the outside sometimes but it's been too dark for me to actually sit outside and draw. And I suck at drawing from memory." She didn't dream of being a clothes designer or anything, she really didn't know what she wanted to do, but for some reason fashion was always fascinating to her. "Uh, if you want. I'd like that."

Jungshin smiled, going to grab his sketchbook and - properly - taking shortcuts through walls. He came back only a couple minutes later, sketchbook in hand. "I'm also not good at drawing from memory." He opened the sketchbook to the first page. It was a student who appeared to have fallen asleep in the library, though there wasn't a full background, just enough to give the picture a setting. "I spend a lot of time on the ledge that I was on. I either read or draw." He said with a shrug, flipping casually through his sketch book. He got to the last page, forgetting he had had a moment a little while back with having coping issues. He meant to skip over it, shut his sketchbook fast enough, but he couldn't. The box - no, coffin - was so seared into his memory that one day, he just decided to draw it. The colors were much darker than anything else in the sketchbook, both in shade and intensity. He was silent for a moment before ripping the page out and crumpling it up. "Anyway." He said, giving her a half smile. "I said I'd help in the dish room this week - cause I want more copic markers - and I should probably get going..." He looked down, pulling at the ends of his shirt nervously before looking back up at her, "We'll do this again, yeah?"
